Therapy Using Creative Arts

Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT)

An evidence-based parent skill development program that helps caregivers strengthen their bond with their child through special play sessions at home.
CPRT teaches parents therapeutic play skills that enhance connection, reduce behavioural challenges, and promote trust and understanding.

Equine Assisted Therapy

Equine therapy aims to provide a unique and supportive environment that fosters personal growth, healing, and transformation through the connection with horses with the aid of an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker to help you get the most out of your connection with horses.
*Please note that this only available for children 8 years and over.

Counselling for children and teens aged 8+ who may not engage with creative or play-based therapies, or who need a more structured approach. Using CBT, DBT, and practical strategies, sessions are tailored to each young person to help them manage anxiety, emotional regulation, friendships, school stress, and confidence. This supportive, evidence-based approach equips older children with meaningful coping and communication skills for everyday life.
