Empowering children and families

Play 4 Change Inc. is a registered not-for-profit organisation supporting children and families impacted by trauma, family and domestic violence, emotional overwhelm, and experiences that disrupt a child’s sense of safety and connection.

We believe every child deserves access to developmentally appropriate, therapeutic supports that honour their healing process and help restore regulation, confidence, and hope — especially those who may otherwise fall through the gaps.

Through play, creativity, and relationship-based intervention, Play 4 Change helps children process what they cannot yet put into words, rebuild emotional safety, and reconnect with the world around them in their own time and way.

Our Mission

Play 4 Change Inc. aims to provide equitable access to evidence-based, play-centred, and creative therapeutic supports for children and families across Queensland.
We focus on early intervention and recovery for those experiencing trauma, neurodivergence, developmental challenges, and social disadvantage.
Our goal is to promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, and family connection through child-led and developmentally appropriate approaches.
